Assessment of the Coverage Criteria for the Gas Pipeline Access Regime.

Incenta were commissioned to assess the appropriateness of the “coverage test” under the national gas regime (comprising the National Gas Law (NGL) and National Gas Rules (NGR)). This test is the threshold for assessing whether price regulation and associated measures should be applied to – or removed from – a gas pipeline.

Attracting Capital for ISP Projects. 

Incenta was engaged by TransGrid to provide advice regarding its proposed approach to addressing financing issues that arise with respect to very large transmission network projects that have been found to be beneficial to customers.

Jemena Gas Networks Revised 2020-25 Access Arrangement Proposal.

Incenta was engaged by Jemena Gas Networks to provide advice regarding its proposed approach to asset lives and depreciation for access arrangements covering the period 1 July 2020 to June 2025.

Third Party Access to Stand-alone Power Systems. 

The Australian Energy Market Commission asked Incenta to advise on a test that can be applied to determine whether a third-party stand-alone power system should be subject to access requirements and price regulation under the National Electricity Rules.
